The room is located on the first floor in the corner of the building, so it only shares a wall with one other apartment and it's very spacious. There is a swimming pool and billiard table on site and it's right across the street from the Island Queen Ferry to Martha's Vineyard. Falmouth Raw Bar is also right across the street and there's a supermarket, 7-Eleven, and Dairy Queen within walking distance (less than 10 minutes). It's about a 10-minute drive to downtown Falmouth which has lots of great restaurants and shops. It's a great location and it's a week in Cape Cod during the summer!
