Toshiba mobile AC, WORKS GREAT! Got it - few years ago, but it’s probably been used less than 30 days total. It works perfectly and will be a life saver when we get our next round of heat and forest fire smoke. This is the free-standing kind with an air hose that blows the hot air out the window. The window sealing kit and manual are included. All functions are controlled from the unit itself. There is an optional remote available on amazon/eBay/etc for ~$15, but it’s not necessary.
