Located in Dover, Delaware, We Specialize in room rentals for short-term Traveling Female Corporate Professionals, and Female Traveling Medical Professionals like Female Traveling Nurses, Female Doctor’s in Resident/ Interns, Female Occupational Therapist etc. and Female College Students responsible, mature undergrad, grad student, post doc. YOU HAVE TO SEND AN E-MAIL stating that you are a Traveling Nurse, Medical Professional and where you accepted a position such as Bayhealth etc. Traveling Nurses and other Medical Professionals must be able to provide a copy of your work verification letter. College Students must provide proof of college admission like a receipt of tuition bill with your name on it. All must provide your name, home address, e-mail, phone number, and dates you plan to move in and move out. Our rooms are available for one (1) person only, No couples! No Kids! (No overnight male or female guests) Students for $740, Medical Prof. $780 a month, depending on the room that is available at the time, utilities/bills included. No deposit required. Money is not required until the day you move in. Lease required. Now you can find other rooms that are cheaper, but is that what you really want? Sorry no animals or pets (dogs or cats etc.), and no smokers we have allergies. No parties, this is not a party house! Our cancellation policy: You can cancel at any time before your arrival. If your contract changes during your stay just let me know and we will pro-rate your rent. When you stay with us you will receive new sheets, pillows, blankets, and a comforter for your bed. Our home has an in-ground pool in season and hot tub for your use. The kitchen has pots, pans, knives, forks, spoons and dishes. You get ½ of a refrigerator and a wall cabinet for the storage of your food.
