Newer hardwood floor in living room, and all bedrooms. All utilities included; Just installed New Carrier furnace and A.C. unit, gas, light, and water and high-speed internet , Netflix; and steaming cable. New 40 gallon water tank (don’t have to worry about running out of hot water while showering). Minutes away from the EL (California stop), Kennedy also minutes away. CTA bus stop a block in each direction (Fullerton and Milwaukee). Available August 27th (Can also prorate if needed). One roommate is Mariuxie 24 by O’Hare as Secretary from 9-5 during the week. The other roommate Angelie works at UIC as a cancer research analyst and works during the week 9-5 normal work schedule. Both are clean, respectful, and curtiuos.
