Two bedroom available for rent in a four bedroom house. First come first serve. Rent is $700 a month. Length of stay will be discussed and agreed on. Utility included plus internet. No animals allowed. sleep over is allowed but visitors cannot stay over.No loud music. Smoking is allowed outside only. No drama please. A very big backyard to chill. Bedrooms are furnished. Couples are welcome but you Will pay a little extra.
