African blackwood pipes with imitation ivory drone caps and nickel silver ferrules. Excellent condition, never been played. Original pipes, bag, cords and cover. Made by Peter Henderson Bagpipe Co in Glasgow, Scotland. Imported in 1969. Inspected by MacLellan Bagpipes in Zebulon. Can meet at any police station parking lot in Wake County.
