Good condition overall but top surface needs to be refurbished. Dovetail draws. 1 draw (bottom right) sticks a bit and needs to be adjusted or fixed. Comes with rails to attach mirror but will need screws to attach . Pickup location is an indoor climate controlled storage facility with metal carts and elevators. I will assist load.
