Welcome new roomie!

Hey there, This is a private room with a shared bath. We're between the 5 and the 99 but a little closer to the 5. Sac City is 15 min away; Sac State is 25 depending on traffic; Consumnes is 15 min; Downtown is also 15 min; Clarksburg wineries are a short drive along the river. We have central heat and air as well as washer and dryer in the garage. Front and Back yard. Plus there is some storage space if needed. The room is unfurnished and waiting to be filled with all your things. It'll month to month at $750.00 flat rate and includes SMUD, PG&E, and internet. There is a $750 deposit due before move in along with first month's rent. I look forward to hearing from you and hopefully the house is a fit!
