I have 1 bedroom available with a private en suite bathroom in a 2 bedroom apartment located in Chapel Hill. It is fully furnished with a full size bed with a memory foam mattress, and a white dresser with mirror. Your bedroom has an amazing view of our pond and fountain. We also have a small gym and community pool that you will have access to if you workout or swim. I would prefer a grad student or professional age 24-45. Must be financially responsible and have references. Rent is $750 per month plus utilities, which run between $100-125 each typically. We have a washer and Dryer located in the unit. The apartment is located right on the CL bus line, so if you don't have a car, you can still get around town without a problem. There is plenty of shopping, restaurants, and entertainment along the bus route. If you have a car, there's plenty of parking. Message me with any questions.
