1 Bedroom will be available in a large four bedroom Apartment two minutes walk from the Washington Square Green Line C Trolley stop. Three professional males seeking a fourth roommate. Looking for a responsible male roommate for a lease commitment from September 1st 2023 until August 31st 2024 with the option to renew thereafter. The room is non furnished. Washington Square is a beautiful area with shopping, restaurants and parks nearby. It is 15 a minute walk from Coolidge Corner in one direction and from Cleveland Circle in the other direction. 30 minute walk to Boston University.......10 minutes by subway. It is also close to the Boston College shuttle bus. The apartment is spacious with a back porch overlooking Washington Square. Coin-op Washer & Dryer in the basement. Rent is $725 per month, including heat and hot water. This is a very low figure, given how upscale Washington Square is. Cable TV, Broadband Internet are available with costs shared. We are looking for a roommate who would want to be part of the shared cable bill. This is important. Gas & Electricity come to an additional $70 a month, per tenant. Total expenses (Gas, Electricity, Cable, Broadband Internet) come to about $120 per month. We also have a house cleaner who comes in every three weeks or so. Cost is $20 per tenant per visit (every three weeks or so). We are not looking for rowdy party people. We are looking for roommates with wholesome values. The landlord runs a credit check on all prospective tenants and would charge you $100 to have his rental agents perform this service.
