$15 to $25/hr CHHA/MA, PCT/PCA/4 Life Enrichment Associate/RNT Position. Full Time With Benefits. Caregiving is the greatest art of love. Through my years of nursing and healthcare, I found a need to create a service that helps active retirees and their loved ones to BE WELL no matter what their medical records says. I help them LIVE OUT LOUD and enjoy their golden years. What I do for them spans from simple things like an errand to the post office, to escort to a wellness appointment, to going to the senior center to play cards, helping someone who lives in a retirement community to get ready for their day all the way. to helping with hands on care, restorative exercises, home making and companionship. I am opening a new department and I am looking for four CHHAs or CNAs, MAs, or PCTs, to fill the position of Life Enrichment Associates & Rehab Nursing Technician. A Rehab Nursing Technician or A Life Enrichment Associate is an expert caregiver who does 4 things; ***** Help to onboard our new team members and show them the ropes. Some of the work hours are in the office but most of the hours are in the homes of the clients or their suites in retirement communities. On the office days, you get to dress up like a business/administrative professional and work with the managers. ***** Help to onboard our new clients and serve as the lead caregiver/coordinator in the homes. Dress code in the field are these beautiful rich color scrubs and a fancy name tag. ***** Provide expert care in the home and report the client’s progress to the nurse, family and health care team. Here you will use our fancy clip board in coordinating care. ***** Help support after hour administrative/operations and customer service system. Here you will do a little bit of management and this is just for a few hours out of each month. Pay is great with benefits. This is a full-time position with every other weekend and every other holiday. requirement. *** Office pays ranges from $15 to $19 *** In home/hands on care is $15 to $25 based on the client and the length of the shift. You get higher pay on the weekends. There are several clients on our waiting for services. We are very very busy and need six great full time caring professionals. The shifts that area available are: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and every other weekend 6am to 6pm Monday to Friday and every other weekend 7am to 2pm and 2pm to 10pm Wednesday, Thursdays and Friday 7am to 7pm and every other weekend. Thurs, Friday and every other weekend 6pm to 8am. These are positions for quick hire and they are full-time positions with great benefits.
