$1500-Furnished Private Room/Bath + garage parking-Month-to-Month Lease

Hello, please READ before inquiring! I have a fully furnished room(bed, beddings, dresser, desk) for a short term lease ready to move Sep 1st. My house is a beautiful 3bedroom 2 and 1/2 bathrooms single family home located in the South Austin area. Rent is $1500/month which includes a fully furnished bedroom plus a private bath with all utilities included and a parking spot in the garage. this is a month to month lease so no long term commitment needed. The smart Washer and dryer is right next to your room. Rent will be on a weekly rate if moving in after the 1st. Weekly rate is $475 I am looking for a professional (preferably female) who is responsible, clean, reliable, and trustworthy. You will be expected to clean after yourself. Please NO PETS allowed (nothing against pets, just not for me). All you will need to bring are your personal belongings. About me: I am a 29 year old female professional, I love to cook and play tennis on the weekends. I am outgoing, adventurous and enjoy spending time with family and friends. I recently bought my first house and and I have enjoyed adding some personality to my home as you can see in the pictures.
