We are a multi-racial couple living in a century-old warehouse artist loft looking for a responsible, clean roommate to join us. The loft is 2000 square feet with a large living area facing south, as well as a freight elevator and washer & dryer. Room comes unfurnished. There is safe, indoor bike storage. We are musicians with studios, but are generally very quiet. The room is 120 sq. ft. plus a closet and addition storage. The room has a window to hallway with large north-facing outer window, so light is OK, but ventilation is great as we have half the floor from front to back of building. Rent includes utilities and partial cleaning. One of us works out of the loft 50 hrs. a week, the other works from home in a separated studio, thus the main space is generally free, open and very sunny. The NOs: no working from home, no pets, no smokers, no hard drugs, no couples… the majority of the building is vacant, thus great for artists who want space to paint, play, smoke weed etc. This includes backyard access.
