1952 8N Ford Tractor w/ rotary cutter

I believe it’s a 1952 8N Ford tractor (not positive on the year) not running at this time and not sure why. Has been sitting for about a year and a half or so. Will need at least 1 rear tire. I tried tinkering with it but could not keep it running. I’m not a mechanic and don’t have the time to put into it anymore. Also comes with rotary cutter not sure if it is in good working order or not. Could be a good project for someone that has the time. Being sold AS-IS Asking $2,000. Thanks for looking
