If the ad is up then trailer is still available for sale. It's completely gutted on the inside still has a few personal belongings which are being removed but it's ready to be built the way that you want it. Title is on the way and the tow hitch is 2 5/16. Overall length of the Trailer is 24 feet and it's frame is in very good condition. The aluminum is also in very good condition just needs to be framed out on the inside. I don't have any extra Tires wheels, but those can be purchased very inexpensively as I found out. Excellent tiny home project. $1000 cash firm and I already have $500 into getting the tires on, the trash removed, storing it, and towing it to where it is. I'm not trying to make a huge profit on it just passing a good deal onto someone. The price is $1000 firm and is not negotiable.
