1998 UK Marshall JCM2000 TSL122 2x12 Combo Amp - For Parts or Repair

This was one of my favorite amps until one day it decided to blow the HT fuse and two of the power tubes. After doing a bunch of research trying to figure out what was wrong and struggled to source a fuse replacement locally and at the time it was nearly impossible to get new tubes, I got frustrated and gave up. I'm not sure what it would take to get it running again. A new fuse and new tubes may be enough. It may have been caused by a heat issue. It may have been caused by a runaway bias drift problem that the early 100-watt JCM2000s suffered from which may require a stable bias mod or a new later issue mainboard. Could be a fun project for someone who knows how to fix amps, it could be set up as a 2x12 speaker cab, or you could even swap in a different marshall amp chassis. The amp cabinet is in excellent condition, with no noticeable wear/damage to the tolex or grill. All of the panels and screws/bolts are accounted for. The reverb tank was working fine at the time the amp stopped working. Selling it as-is, without tubes or speakers. The blown HT fuse hasn't been replaced. $250 OBO. Open to trades for effects pedals.
