Streaming services, high-speed internet, electrical and gas all included AND housekeeping services every other week. 3 BR FULLY FURNISHED townhouse in a beautiful location of Westminster to share with one older professional woman and one younger professional man. I provide sheets/blankets/pillows/pots/pans/spices/cooking supplies -- all to share. Bring your suitcase and/or pet and settle in. TV provided in your bedroom! Ample on street parking. Covered patio with BBQ and fire pit. Community swimming pool and jacuzzi. Open space trails across the road. Beautiful trails thru community and awesome view of valley from trails. 55lb dog currently lives here ( photo in pictures array included). She is in doggy day-care every day and only home alone with owner when owner is home. This dog has no experience with cats. Either the cat needs to remain in your room or you would have to work with the owner to get the dog mellowed on cats. There is no yard. But hey! Who needs them when the walks are so beautiful! This home is really not suitable for a work-from-home situation as there is no desk space available anywhere in the home -- unless working with your laptop on your lap in your bedroom works for you. Looking for person who doesn’t dash into their private space, but spends a bit of time saying hi and building a respectful relationship. Clean in common areas is a must. Bedrooms are on 3rd floor. Living room, kitchen, dining and balcony on 2nd floor. Landlord's room is on bottom floor. This is NOT a party house. Non tobacco smokers. No stranger sleepovers and please limit sleepovers.
