Hi there! I am a female subletting the upstairs of my house for 1 month in September for $700. No deposit, month-to-month, and all bills paid. The upstairs is completely private, while the rest of the house is shared with one male roommate, whom you will probably never see because he is a scientist and works every day in a lab. He is the nicest guy ever with an awesome dog, Tater, that never leaves his side (it's rare you'll see him too). It's a beautiful brick house built in the 1900s and has a lovely backyard. I have created a nice zen vibe, so I hope you'll enjoy the good energy! It is the BEST location in Denver -- it's off of Speer and Federal, close to the highlands, and conventionally located 5-10 minutes to Downtown. The upstairs features 2 furnished bedrooms. The smaller bedroom is great for an office and has a full bed for guests. As for the master bedroom, I will be selling my queen bed, TV, and desk. If you want these items, I will give you a really good deal. The upstairs has its own private bathroom and a small side room equating to about 900sq ft total. The entire house is about 2,000sq ft.
