A small dog can be approved upon your renting. We have a very large club house, pool, and hot tub. This park is a Senior only park. This house can be available for rent Dec 1st 2023 to Feb 1st 2024 . Feb. and March are already rented. Available again from March 1 to May 1, 2024. Rent is $2150 month with $2150 security due upon signing. I have had the same people from Marshfield rent for 7 years, but this year they had to skip Florida, because their home here needed all new plumbing and electrical, before they can resume renting.
