2001 FORD F450 - BOX TRUCK - 14' - LIFT GATE

We have owned this truck since 2014 and used it as a local commuter / hauler for our design-build business. It has the 7.1 gasoline engine. This was a fleet vehicle for Denver Public Library and we've done all the regular maintenance during our ownership with DTI and Vogel Sales, including the lift gate. We haven't been doing many larger construction projects for the last couple of years, so it doesn't make sense to keep it. It's performed amazing for us over the years of ownership with only one repair back in 2014. It does have some issues included here. I'm offering this for the price above "as-is" but willing to work with an interested buying in getting some of these repairs done for additional cost. - Catalytic converter stolen (2020) - Intermountain exhaust will replace with antitheft cage for $1400.00 - Bench Seat - upholstery on drivers side is torn - Radio broken - Windshield cracked - Paint on box Tires newish about 75% New battery - 2023
