Like new, needs NOTHING, runs amazing! She gets over 90mpg, and she's a little ripper! does 45 miles per hour... super peppy!!!! much faster and a bit lighter than the other 4 stroke 50cc scooters out there! Clean CA Title, CA License Plate, with Current Non-op Registration (& DMV paperwork to prove it). I bought another bike, and did not want to pay for the full registration, AND the insurance payments, so I put it on Planned Non Operational status with the DMV.
