2004 coachmen 30 ft V10

Hi we are selling our 2004 coachmen RV it has been awesome over the years lot of good times and memories we are looking to get something smaller is the reason for selling so I'll try to go over most of what it has mostly power options on the inside hydraulic brake system as well as leveling system it also has a V10 engine powered from Ford it is on a Freightliner chassis also it has the sleeper sofa as well as a queen size bed we kept up really well with the interior we just replaced the floor last year not because of water damage we just wanted to update the floor and we do have most of the records for this RV we had it inspected last year there is no leaks or anything wrong with the coach the tires probably have about 90% thread it has a on-board generator it has a clean water as well as a black water we clean out all the systems before we get done camping we own this since 2012 we are the second owners of this RV we bought it from the original owners we never smoked inside and no pets the shower and all the water works as it should the stove runs off of electric or gas AC blows cold as well as the heat does work too it has a lot of storage as well when we took it last year to have it expected we did change the oil and filters you can give me a call for more details we are located in Merrillville Indiana 35 minutes from Chicago thanks 7737298307
