2004 Itasca Sunrise 34D

We're moving to Kansas so unfortunately we need to sell our RV. It's a 2004 Itasca Sunrise model M-34D-Workhorse MD/HD trk W22 8.1L MFI OHV 8cyl. Sleeps 4. It has just under 18k miles and the generator has 416 hours on it. It sat for a few years, but we replaced the door handle and all mechanisms, fuel pump, fuel filter, house batteries, engine battery, sparkplugs, some fuses and drained all the fuel lines and it runs and drives great. We just got the registration up to date and it passed smog on the first try. Replaced the slide out covers and the awning about two years ago. We also had the inside completely detailed from top to bottom (outside still needs cleaning). It's 34'10". It has two slide outs. A queen size bed. a full kitchen and bathroom. There's five main things that need addressing: 1. The windshield leaks when it rains (molding probably cracked from weather damage) 2. The electric water heater doesn't work (or I may just not be doing something right I know nothing about how these work, but the gas water heater works). 3. The outside paint is faded from sun. 4. The coach heater has a short causing a fuse to blow whenever turned on (gas and electric heater still works). 5. The interior is worn. There are a few other minor quirks that we'll go over with serious buyers, but nothing that affects the drive or useability of the vehicle. Please keep in mind this USED RV is nearly 20 years old. We’re getting down to the nitty gritty with time so we’ve stopped to what we’re willing to settle for. 22.5k.
