2006 Kawasaki Concours

Excellent long-distance performance motorcycle. I'm the second owner, bought it in 2014 with 14k on the clock. This bike has been all over the map and carved many a canyon and mountain pass. 7.5 gal tank = ~280-300 mile range, luggage, fairing, etc. This bike will happily sit at 80MPH all day, as many days in a row as you care to ride. Hot weather, cold weather, rain, etc - it just keeps on going. Not great on long stretches of dirt! High center of gravity due to huge fuel tank. 2006 is the last year of these old-style, carburetted Concours models, in 2007 Kawasaki debuted the 1400 fuel-injected model. Valve adjustment, spark plugs and fresh coolant this season, new front/rear tires and rear brake disc in 2020. Heated grips, 12 volt outlet on dash to charge USB. I'm getting into sailing, just bought a small boat and need to make space for it.
