2012 Redwood by Thor

2012 Redwood 36RE by Thor. This is a beautiful RV and the only reason I am selling is I am starting a business. This 5th wheel has a lot of amenities including new 55" LG flat screen tv; integrated surround sound, large living room with fireplace (the produces heat - electric); two couches/sofas (both fold down into a bed); cabinets everywhere (real wood); 2 AC units - whisper quiet; full size refrigerator (some dings on the door); pull out drawers in pantry; pull out trash can in island; washer/dryer hook up (no washer/dryer in unit); bath with porcelain toilet (not plastic) and full size shower; bedroom has built in dresser, two mini nightstands on both sides of the queen size bed (new mattress), and full size closet with extra storage; basement has lots of storage room and includes water hose, electrical connection line (50 amp), sewer line and connections, wheel covers, wooden pads for landing legs; 6-leg hydraulic auto leveling system. I have installed new slide toppers, led lights on rear, and new motors for bedroom slide. The tires are about 2 years old and are in really good shape. It comes equipped with an air-ride 5th wheel hitch, 2-30lb propane tanks, led lights on underside (toward front of unit), 6 gallon water heater and bike rack. I have an F-250 and it pulls like a dream. The brakes on the unit work great and I keep my brake controller set at 6.5. The roof is in great shape (was inspected at Shaw RV in Youngsville this past October). The awning works fine and I washed and waxed the entire unit just over a month ago. There are a few blemishes from the previous owner (see pics), but otherwise the unit is in great shape. It's a 50-amp unit but I can run it on a 3000-watt generator (but only one AC while connected to the generator). There is no generator installed on the unit, so if I need generator power, I use the one I have. Clean title in hand. If I am short with my email response, it's because I am trying to weed out scammers (I've sold several items on Craigslist, and it is inevitable to have to deal with scammers).
