Trailer is in working order and ready to be used/lived in. Several modifications have been made to increase functionality and comfort. Pros: -New hot water heater (less than 2 years) -New awning -Awning system modified for easier fabric swap -increased kitchen storage -brand new custom butcher block bar/table with custom steel legs -Full size sofa -working furnace, AC, stove, oven, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, plumbing, TV, stereo, interior lights/outlets, and slide outs. -telescoping aluminum ladder -new propane regulator and high quality pigtails (propane hoses) -fully functioning bathroom -large windows -roof keeps water out -brand new septic valve -new refrigerator mother board and eyebrow circuitry -new whirlpool mini fridge Cons: -brakes are wearing out, but they worked well enough to drive it 1300 miles to Texas through Appalachian mountains. -some interior cosmetic damage to walls (small holes, scratches, etc) -some exterior cosmetic damage (fading decals, rippled fender well, and broken porch light lens. -fridge needs new propane solenoid (only runs on electric) -water got in via ice dam in the last ice storm. Affected areas have been dried out, cleaned, and repaired. Again, the trailer is watertight. There may be a few things that I’m forgetting in these lists, but it has made a good home for the past couple of years, and with a little work, it’s Highway worthy. All things considered, it’s probably best-suited for sedentary living. I can’t get rid of this trailer for about a month because my wife and I are moving into a house soon. And there are some things I have to do to prepare for a sale. The vast majority of the things in the photos will be removed. The butcher block table will stay, and there will be a normal full size couch, but it may not be the one in the photos. Reese 5th wheel hitch with install hardware can be added in to the deal. $8900 obo. Might consider partial trade for good engine drive welder 225 amp or higher, welding equipment, quality tools, 6 U N S/4MM0, oxy-acetylene setup, or limited hunting rights on private property.
