2013 KZ Spree Hybrid Trailer 17 ft

Fully remodeled hybrid trailer. Trailer has new axel (3500 lbs), brakes, and tires as of 2021. Asking $7500, can deliver for a fee. Two of four stabilizing jacks new (can provide additional 2 jacks for install). Clean title and registered in MD. Trailer weights less than 2800 pounds dry, can easily be towed by any vehicle with a tow rating of 5000lbs. This is a great first trailer for those interested in RVing! Trailer sleeps up to 4 adults or 5 children. Front bed is a queen, rear bed could be a full but current mattress is a twin. Dinette converts to a full bed. There is a full bath with toilet and shower/tub (new shower faucet). All water systems function, including pump, toilet, shower and hot water. There is NO FURNACE, but trailer can be easily heated in fall and spring by portable electric heater. There is air conditioning which works well. Kitchen has microwave, 2 burner stove top and small refrigerator (with tiny freezer), can work off electricity or propane. Power connection is 30amp. Awning is in fair shape, still works but has some tears.
