It is the perfect size and easy to drive and park. It can sleep up to 8 people and has plenty of floor space inside. The tires are less than 2 years old and in excellent condition. We are including a brand new 12x12 straight leg easy-up canopy awning and 2 light weight camping chairs. We have a Carfax available that shows its service records. We would not hesitate to get on the road and go anywhere in this coach. There are no leaks, and no signs that it has ever leaked. It is built on a Ford E450 Chassis with a 6.8 liter fuel infected V-10 engine. Both the dash AC and the roof AC blow ice cold. The interior and exterior are very clean and in really nice shape. The rubber roof is in excellent condition. All of the appliances work as they should. This motorhome has a lot to offer. We have clear title in hand. This RV will come with plenty of fuel, plenty of propane, new water hose and a new sewer hose to get you started.
