This is at the entrance door and most likely from me being 300lbs going in and out every day, and sofa started peeling at the arm rests. So we lowered the price by over $6,100 to reflect the new defects. A handyman with a little wood skill can most likely repair that soft spot, and you can replace the couch or add a dining table in that space.
