Description:

We're selling our beloved RV with all the accessories so you're ready to go on your next big adventure. We made a lot of upgrades before our trip: new Interstate engine battery, new black-out curtains, new cabinet hardware, new butcher-block countertops/dining table (inset sink cover), new faucet, new Level-Mate Pro leveling system, new Aqua Pure water purifying system (new $200 filter still in the box), new Garmin RV 780 Navigator (avoid low bridges!), new custom fit Weather-Tech black-out shades for the windshield and driver/passenger door windows, new 2-bicycle ladder rack, new built-in storage shelving on the wall of the bed over the cab (TV that was there is also included; outdoor TV/DVD player still work too). We also painted the interior to brighten it up (touch-up paint included). We're also including all the stuff you'll need to hook up Electrical (30 amp cables, a fantastic WatchDog Surge Protector, which saved us from issues more than once), Fresh Water (including water-pressure Regulator), and to maintain and dump the Black and Grey tanks (plenty of sewer hose, hose support, hose cleaner, connectors, wrenchs, tank-odor tablets, new gloves, etc), and to level the vehicle (plenty of blocks and ramps). She handled the roads out West so beautifully! The Chevy 6-Liter V8 has got plenty of power for driving up in the mountains; AC ran ice-cold, even in the blistering heat of the Mojave desert; and we consistently got around 10 mpg too. The Norcold refrigerator, Greystone microwave, Dometic 3-burner propane stove, Cummins generator (184 hours), and rear propane-fired Cab Heater never gave us even one second's worth of trouble. The Awning works perfectly. Tires regularly rotated, oil changed on schedule, inspection passed. As for issues, the ABS light has been "on" on the dashboard since we bought it in 2022; the Cruise Control stopped working just a couple of weeks ago; the roof-top ladder is bent at the top (we hit a tree branch backing up, but it still supports our bikes and we climbed it when necessary), the TV antenna on the roof is missing (we don't know how or why!), and there is minor damage to the RV door, but it still works just fine. Everything else is just like new. Ask about the Good Sam Warranty too! After 6 months on the road, 31 states, 17,000 miles, and we don't know how many National Parks, we'll be so sad to part with her! So many memories! Let us know if you have any questions. We're happy to answer any and all.
