2019 Chinese Moped

2019 jiah moped.49 cc.it has 500 miles on it.its been wrecked but it was miner damage.it will start right up and it runs and drives good. The front end needs aligned. Is it practically brand new. There's some minor cracks on the fairing kit which I have all of. I have the compartment that attaches to the rear for extra storage.
