2022 Single Wide Mobile Home

Hello, We are selling our 2022 single wide mobile home at the Oak Crest Community. We are planning to move out of state with my family so we have to sell it. If you are looking to finance the mobile home we are asking for $2,000 and you will have the option to finance the mobile home thru our bank. The amount that is owed on the home is $73,400. If you will like to keep the mobile home at the community and reside in it then you will have to submit an application to the community for the rental portion. For the home and rent of the lot you may pay an est. of $1,400 a month not including utilities, insurance. The lot does come with a storage and there is a lot of land between the other neighbors. The community has a pool, play ground, doggy park, gym etc. there is also a community security guard that visits the property. We plan to show the home on the weekend of the 23rd. By that time we should have most of our furniture out of the home. You may be able to move in at the beginning of October if you pass the community application and the bank application. Both applications have a fairly simple process. For those that don't know the process the mobile home is like applying for a car and the community is like applying for an apt.
