2022 Vita MC Moped/Scooter

Scooter/Moped. Bought brand new from dealership. Clean title. NOT registered though. Ridden a handful of times. Owner laid it down the first day of purchase and hasn't ridden it since then. Sounds like it may need some adjustments because it hasn't been ridden. His loss would be someone's gain. There are some minor scratches and such but otherwise it's in good shape. It has an MP3 player but we aren't sure how it works, lights, horn, the basics. Text is faster but you can also leave a message on my cell. $1500 or best offer.
