24" Bicycle with basket, barely used, free helmet

Bicycle with basket has been barely used, so it is like new, but has sat for a number of years. so a little bit of surface rust. Not sure of the frame size or the tire size. I'm guessing 18 inch frame and 24-in tires. I'll include a free helmet too... $30 Works fine, call or text if you're interested, thanks
