3-Month SubLease - Furnished Large Room with All Utilities Included

3-month sublease from now to end of October with all utilities + FiOS wi-fi included for one very large fully furnished bedroom in a 3-bed, 1-bath plus den apartment. There's possibility to continue sub-leasing thereafter for the right person. The fully furnished bedroom is approximately 165 SF with a medium sized closet and receives plenty of afternoon sunlight. It is like a studio apartment on its own minus the kitchen and bathroom. The room is also very quiet as it faces the inner building instead of the streets. The rest of the apartment (common areas) is fully furnished as well with fully stocked kitchen. Utilities included are based on reasonable usage (additional surcharge applies for A/C unit use and for excessive electricity usage). The room also has good sound insulation. This is for a 1 person occupancy, no couples and no pets please. Looking for someone that's gainfully employed, clean (very important), responsible, respectful, mature, not a homebody most of the time and is generally busy with his/her own schedule. Prefer someone that is not working from home or only 1-2 days a week, and only does light-moderate cooking. Or someone coming to NYC for short vacation or short stay, will be out and about most of the days. This place is really suitable for someone that's more of an introvert at home. There are currently 3 other long term roommates sharing the apartment. Overall, we are pretty low key and each one is busy with own schedule and activities. The apartment is generally quiet and calm. Also, this is a non-smoking apartment (and building), no drugs, no heavy drinking and not 420 friendly. COVID vaccination required. Our building is well maintained and has elevators, laundry facility and secured package room for deliveries. It is only a stone's throw from beautiful Prospect Park and 1.5 blocks from the B and Q trains that get to Midtown in about 30 minutes. Citibike station is also less than 50 feet away from the building. Plenty of other retails, groceries, banks, restaurants on Church Ave, Flatbush Ave and a short walk to Cortelyou Road for really nice retail and restaurant scenes.
