3 seat sofa and recliner

3 seat sofa (2 seat power recline) with matching swivel recliner (manual recline), used (we still use it) and in excellent to very good condition. Color is cobalt blue/black. $300 for sofa $100 for recliner. Inherited my mother in laws loveseat and lazyboy so need to make room. We cant use the new stuff until we sell these 2 pieces. Matching leather set bought from Larue Furniture in Delray. Sofa is approx 86w x 42d x 41 h. The 2 end recling seats are 23w. The middle non-reclining seat is 21w. Swivel recliner is 40w x 39d x 42h. All reclining seats extend to almost flat and about 66". Great for a 1st apartment or dorm room. Not that heavy but bulky. Easy to move via paved walkway. Bring pickup truck or van and at LEAST 2 men to move them. I will loan you my dolly/cart, if needed, to load. Near Atlantic High. Cash or paypal only.
