The housemate only needs his/her personal effects and furnishings/items for their bedroom/bathroom. The housemate rents the Master BR/BA (private bath) and has street parking. The Townhome is updated/remodeled including a complete, modern kitchen set-up, new appliances and a freshly painted 2nd floor with updated bathrooms. The Townhome is located at the end of a cul-de-sac and faces a HOA maintained greenbelt, Kendrick Lake and a very mature landscape. Kendrick Lake doesn't allow boats; rather, it's a Nature Preserve with beautiful public garden and a 1.5 mile jogging path around the lake. The Townhome’s location is 1.5 miles from St. Anthony's Hospital, the Lakewood Federal Center and the RTD light-rail station and equidistant between Hwy 285 to the south and Hwy 6 to the north for commuting purposes. There is no basement storage and repurposing common area spaces is not allowed. Still, there is sufficient storage in the garage for the housemate's bicycle and limited hiking/camping/skiing gear. Also, there is sufficient space within the housemate's Master BR to accommodate a modest desk/workspace with separate internet connection. Rent/Security Deposit Cost to Move-in: 1. Rent is $1,000 per month. 2. Average utilities are $180 per month / 2 = $90.00 per month. 3. Total monthly remittance is $1,000.00 + $90.00 = $1,090.00 per month. 2. Security deposit is equal to 2 month's remittance which is $1,090.00 x 2 = $2,180.00 3. Total move-in cost equals 1st month's remittance plus security deposit which is $1,090.00 + $2,180.00 = $3,270.00. 4. A satisfactory background check, application/lease, copies of valid auto driver's license/registration/insurance and proof of Covid Vaccination are required. 5.
