I occupy one of the rooms and the other is usually used as a guest room. Rent would be split $1,100 each. Looking to sublease atleast a year if not longer. The house is right next to Arrigo Park. And only a block from UIC, the blue line, and Rush hospital. I am a pretty laid back person and moderately clean. I am an ER Nurse. My free time is spent playing video games, watching sports, going to the gym, and hanging out with friends. I have lived here for about three years and I absolutely love it.
