The lease is a joint lease. Rent is $3150/mo, utilities are $225, and tenants pay for electricity and internet. Pet friendly and plenty of street parking right outside the unit. D and K bus lines stop right outside the unit, and P and Q lines are close by as well. Less than 10 minute walk from boba, lamp post pizza, grocery store, ramen place, hot pot, and brewery. Quiet, safe neighborhood with cute community garden nearby. The apartment is unfurnished, with central heat/air, in-unit washer and dryer, and refrigerator. Amenities include a pool, newly-renovated spa, and gym. We loved the apartment but found it too small for five people and a dog.
