3rd Roommate Wanted

Hi, We are seeking a roommate for our spacious three-bedroom, one-bathroom apartment. The bedroom is 13x11.5x8.5 (not including the closet). Our second-floor apartment is located near the intersection of Pleasant and Franklin, in the Whittier Neighborhood of Minneapolis, within walking distance of The Wedge Co-op, “Eat Street,” Loring Park, The Walker Art Museum, and Minneapolis Institute of Art. Free off-street parking is available for tenants, and we are conveniently located near several Minneapolis thoroughfares, multiple bus routes, and access to all major freeways. The current tenants are Peter and John. We have been a couple for seven years and rent two of the three bedrooms. Peter has lived in the apartment since 2014, and John moved in in 2016. Our current roommate is moving out to see what it is like living alone. Peter works in finance. John is a pre-med student at St. Thomas University, and our shared interests include fashion, music, movies, history, art, and capitalism. We clean the bathroom and mop the floors (or, at the very least, vacuum/Swiffer) every week, and we clean the kitchen surfaces and stove every night. There is no dishwasher, so we are responsible for washing our dishes. All utilities except internet ($20.00/month) and electricity ($20.00/month average) are included. Coin-operated laundry is available in the basement. Everyday expenses such as toilet paper, paper towels, and cleaning supplies are split equally. The landlord requires a $55 application/background-check fee and a $525 damages deposit refundable. No pets or drug users are allowed (pot is ok). Neither of us smokes it, but we smoke cigarettes in our bedroom. Common areas are smoke-free. We both drink.
