4x4 jeep just 110000 miles

This has been a 2 Owners Street driven jeep her whole life bumps and bruises , Engine runs very nice transmission shifts well transfer case operates well Yes she leaks a few drops of oil yes she makes a little noise turning left or right in low 4 x 4 (axle worn) and it’s sure to have a few worn bushings upfront like all jeeps does not need a whole lot of work to be driven daily brand new hitch installed yes a 10” long rust area under drivers feet and rocker panel. (patch/repairable )sagging headliner ,,12” long on rear bumper ( replaceable ) If you have a thing for these utilitarian vehicles or are looking to build it up a little it is certainly a decent candidate to be looked at Asking $3800 …thank you.
