About the remaining tenant: She live here with her friendly cat, no other pets on the lease unfortunately. She's a yogi who tends to plants, and enjoys cooking and biking around the city. She's social mostly out of the home but sometimes will cook dinner for friends. Her goal is a safe and warm environment.
