$700/mo, (month to month lease), all bills paid. The room is for ONE person, no pets! MUST HAVE A STABLE INCOME. Bedroom is 12’x10,’ walk in closet 7.5’x4.5’ shared bathroom 8’x5’ (The bed in pic is a full size bed) The bedroom is furnished with a full size bed, comfy clean mattress, and dresser. The walk-in closet has shelves for storage. They are friendly, polite, respectful, and clean. They mostly stay in their rooms gaming or watching TV. There is plenty of room for all of us and it never feels crowded. LEASE TERMS: Month to month with signed lease and roommate agreement. Security deposit equal to half of the rent. ($350).
