$750 Google Fiber All Bill Paid Hard Floors - Month to Month

Hey guys we have a room open. Lease is month to month.(but average tenant stays 3 years!) because this is a GREAT setup. With Rent Landlord Includes, WEEKLY Common Area Cleanings, GOOGLE FIBER, Criminal BackGround Checks on All New Tenants, 72 Degree A/C Year Round, Super Fast Repairs if needed (uncommon because house is newer), and the House is Fully Furnished (Room is Unfurnished so you can have your personal room stuff). You get a private bedroom with your own lock and key and share kitchen, backyard, common areas, laundry room, etc. It's a great , affordable , drama free , place to live. This is a big 3,000sq foot spacious and nice and clean house. This particular room has a nice big closet and is a pretty good size room. It also has hard floors and fresh paint. It's great because finding a room can be a crapshoot and this really takes the stress out of it. Plus it's month to month which allows great flexibility. If you are looking for a Premium setup in a nice stress free house with all the small stuff taken care of this is a great spot for you. It's not the cheapest and we're not trying to be. What it is, is it's the best affordable, stress free, and really cool housing setup in Austin. Ideal Tenant in fairly tidy and doesn't cook too much. No drugs or pets in the house. Tenants are all male 20-35 young professionals, they mostly keep to themselves and hang out in their rooms or are at work all day, but occasionally hang. Ideal location for anyone who works at Barton Creek Mall, SouthPark Meadows, HEB , Wal-Mart , the Airport ABIA or even Tesla or Downtown . We are 5 Minutes from Southapark Meadows. 20 Min to TESLA But No Traffic Easy Commute. About 15-20 Min to Downtown and about 15 min to Barton Creek Mall. Great spot for anywhere South of the river, or anywhere in East Austin. If ad is up I still have the room.
