$850 Max Looking for roommate to share 2 bdr 2 bath

Hello there. I am PhD graduate living in the Illinois Medical District/UIC/Tri-Taylor area looking to share a small condo, available 9/1/2023. It is nicely situated near public transportation (Blue or Pink lines), a number of major bus routes (50 Damen, 49 Western, 9 Ashland), and easy access to the 290 Expressway. The neighborhood is fairly quiet. There is a great bakery around the corner that also serves sandwiches, pasta, and salads right next to taco place. There's a Chipotle, Jimmy Johns, Starbucks, 5 Guys, Panda Express, Mediterranean, and Chick-Fil-A all within 5 minutes walking distance. Rent will be $850 per month, all inclusive, meaning fixed cost of living. What you get: 1) 1 bedroom, 12 ft x 9 ft, excluding closet space which is about 6 ft x 2 ft. (I have my own room) 2) 1 "personal" bath (I have my own as well) 3) In unit washer and dryer 4) Comcast Internet 5) Heating and AC (Gas and Central) 6) Gated Parking space in back lot 7) A cool roommate (see below) I'm a 44 year old male, likes to stay active, likes to try restaurants, cooks, and is particular about his coffee. The place is furnished except for your room, meaning I have all that kitchen stuff (plates, pots, pans, coffee maker and grinder, stand mixer, etc.). Feel free to bring your own TV, but the one in the living room can be shared. I will warn you that it isn't the largest of rooms, per dimensions given, but it's not a shoebox either. It does have its own sliding patio door should you want to sit out on the shared porched out back, so stop by the place to make a judgment.
