I'm offering a Quiet, clean, charming private room with private bath in my 2 bedroom/ 2 bathroom condo, I'm seeking for an individual that wants a short term stay in my charming condo. As a guest in my home in addition to your own private bedroom, and Private bathroom I will cook you breakfast and dinner, provide wi-fi internet service, streaming TV, bathroom accessories, fresh linens and towels, and use of my kitchen and patio. Amenities include pool, hot tub and barbeque. I am centrally located in desirable Scottsdale just 5 minutes from Old Town and 15 minutes from Talking Stick Casino and Convention, award winning Golf courses and Baseball training camp. The complex is quiet and well maintained with community BBQs, swimming pool, and jacuzzi. This condo unit is adjacent to the pool and jacuzzi! Parking spot with plenty of parking. Minutes away from dining and all Old town Scottsdale has to offer and only a few blocks from San Francisco's baseball stadium. Close to greenbelt, easy access to freeways, all baseball spring training camps, Barrett Jackson, ASU, and golf tournaments. downtown hospital and medical complexes. Conveniently located 5 minutes from Honor Healthcare Osbourn and 15 minutes from Banner Desert Cardon's. Utilities, Internet streaming roko Tv (Hulu, Netflix, plus more). $75.00-per day, of between 1-6 days for a short Term stay of between 1-6 days for a shorter booking, for your Convenience, Or a Weekly stay is $475.00, for 7 nights, with a refundable deposit of $750.00, minus any damages that might be accrued during your stay. The cleaning fee is included, I'm going to ask you to comply to a criminal background check in the amount of $34.99- $39.99, which is your responsibility and will be reimbursed upon a clean background check through Trans Union.
