AIR CONDITIONER-12000BTU never used, in the box

I bought this about 4 years ago for an upstairs window and never took it out of the box. Other than being remotely internet connectable, it is the same as the model 1216ER sold at Lowes (see ad pic) for $476 ($449 + tax). It is 115v, and cools rooms with 550sf of floor space.
