Lots of beautiful grounds. HOA is approx $650 a month so they take really good care of complex. 5 minute drive to Yale Station & I25. 5 min drive to Wholefoods and many other natural grocery stores. 5 minutes down Colo Blvd area becomes very ethnic with lots of authentic Greek, Indian, Middle Eastern & Jewish Delis. Large Bible Park across street and 5 minute walk to Safeway. BEST PART: 3rd floor unit with very large patio that looks out over trees and not into other units. Mountain View with gorgeous sunsets. Wood burning fireplace. Two master suites with attached bathrooms. Classy furnishings. Quiet complex and quiet direct neighbors. PETS ALLOWED and utilities included (heat and AC covered by HOA). Ceiling fans in every room. New bathrooms with designer tile and new fixtures. New windows. Each floor has its own laundry room so you only share with a few other units. Did I forget anything?
