Amazing LOCATION! Manhattan. Long or Short Term. 4 - 10 September

Hi Everyone I will be traveling in mid September - mid October 2023 and again in December - January. Flexible on dates. But also available 4 - 10 September then I'm hosting a friend 10 - 16 but after the 17th September it is available for as long as you like. Short or Long term. Also open to a roommate situation when I am here. Pro-rated for length of stay - minimum one month - plus security deposit. I have a small space in an amazing location, Midtown West Manhattan. I have photos and references to share. I prefer someone who doesn't cook very aromatic food. Small space so someone with limited possessions please. Prefer non-smoker. Definitely NO SMOKING of any kind IN THE APARTMENT.
