Looking to fill ASAP. Sorry no couples and no pets. Awesome room for rent in an amazing house near DU and Wash Park. 2 minutes to Light Rail. 10 Min to Downtown. 10 Mins to DTC. The house is almost 3,000 square feet with a backyard, garage, 3 beds, 3 baths, 2 separate living rooms, large kitchen and new appliances. Huge patio with tons of room for BBQ with friends or drink after work. There are also 2 full "living rooms" set up so there is always room for privacy if desired, or if you have friends stay over for the weekend. Room for rent is very large, close to 15'x15' and has great closet space. It is $1,100/month and total utilities are split three ways. Roommate 1, me, Alex, 30m is a small business owner and works a lot. Very clean and tidy and enjoys anything outdoors. I am usually working or out for a ride on my motorcycle. I have been here 7 years and absolutely love the area and the house. Roommate 2, Matthew. Mid twenties M, works the typical long hour 5 day week and is usually gone pretty early.
